Terms of service
Last updated: October 9, 2026
These terms cover the skylls website and dashboard (skylls.dev) and the skylls
command-line tool. By using them you agree to these terms.
The service
skylls is free and open source under the Apache License 2.0. It works on top of your GitHub account: your skills, agents and swarms are stored in your own GitHub repositories, and GitHub's Terms of Service apply to them.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for what you publish and who you share it with. Only publish content you have the right to share.
- Don't publish secrets or other people's personal data. skylls scans for them before publishing, but no scan catches everything.
- Use skylls in line with GitHub's terms and the law.
No warranty
skylls is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any damages arising from its use, including lost data or exposed content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Keep your own backups of anything important.
Third-party services
skylls relies on GitHub, and the website is hosted on Vercel. Their own terms and policies apply to your use of them; skylls is not responsible for their availability or actions.
Changes and availability
The service may change, be interrupted or be discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.
Who provides skylls
skylls and skylls.dev are provided by Jose Carlos Sancho Pitarch, Spain
(privacy@skylls.dev).
Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in its courts.
